Tosa Inus should be kept away from other dogs because if they are to fight, the Tosa will be the winner. This quiet breed is good towards its family and strangers if properly introduced but should not be left alone with children unsupervised.

Health Concerns: Both parents should have the following certificates: CERF (eyes) and OFA (hips and elbows). They are also prone to bloat.
